Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 5–12 business days after dispatch.
- Canada & United Kingdom: 8–16 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather and the November–December peak can add time.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan.
Customs & duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your jacket arrives damaged, send us your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
Returns & Refunds
The window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
What we accept
- Unworn, unwashed jackets in original condition with tags attached.
- Anything that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — we cover return shipping on those.
What we can't accept
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Jackets worn outdoors, washed, or damaged after delivery.
How to start a return
Message us through the contact form with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions and a return address. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back — unannounced returns can't be processed.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the item was faulty or wrongly sent.
Exchanges
The fastest swap is a return for refund plus a fresh order in the size or colour you want.
