How do I know which size to order?

Measure two things: her chest girth around the widest part of the ribcage, and her back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Match them to our size guide — chest girth is the one that decides the fit. If she falls between two sizes, order the larger one.

How big a dog does it fit?

Sizes run S to 4XL. The largest, 4XL, fits a 29.92 in chest and a 22.05 in back — so roughly up to a Labrador or Boxer. Anything longer in the back than 22 in won't fit.

Can my dog wear a harness with the jacket?

Yes. The jacket works over or under a harness. Most owners put the harness on top for walks so the lead clip stays accessible.

Is it machine washable?

It is. Zip it closed, wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip the bleach and the iron.

How warm is it, really?

It's built for cold-weather walks — frost, wind, light snow. The padded collar and chunky baffles hold warm air around the neck and torso. It isn't a waterproof shell, so in heavy rain a raincoat is the better tool.

Which colour should I get?

Five to choose from: Blush Pink, Emerald Green, Violet, True Red and Golden Yellow. Red and Golden Yellow are the most visible in low light, which is worth considering for early-morning or evening walks.

When will my order arrive?

We pack within 1–3 business days. US delivery usually lands 5–12 business days after dispatch. Full detail is on our Shipping & Returns page.

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn jacket with tags attached. The quickest way to change size is to return for a refund and reorder.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may attract import duties set by your country, which aren't included in our prices.
